  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without proof.


📦 Non-Returnable Items
